Return and Refund Policy

Last Updated 02/07/2018

Refunds:

If the veterinary checkup results do not match the provided health records, or the puppy appears unhealthy or has genetic defects, the buyer is eligible for a full refund. The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. However, the puppy will only be replaced if the buyer obtains a written and signed statement from two licensed veterinarians at different clinics, confirming the genetic defects.

Within the first 90 days of purchase, if the buyer feels unable to provide the puppy’s primary care, they are eligible for a full refund and can return the puppy to the breeder. Before issuing the refund, the breeder will conduct a health checkup to ensure the puppy has not been negatively affected by changes in its living situation. If the puppy is found to be unwell, the buyer will not be eligible for a refund.

After the 90th day of purchase, the buyer is ineligible for a refund if they wish to return the puppy due to their inability to provide primary care.

Returns:

Within the first 90 days of purchase, if the buyer wishes to return the puppy due to their inability to provide primary care, the buyer is responsible for the puppy’s re-shipping fee.

After the 90th day of purchase, if the buyer wishes to return the puppy due to their inability to provide primary care, the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping fee.

If a veterinary checkup by the buyer within the first 7 days of purchase reveals the puppy is unwell or has genetic defects, the breeder is responsible for the re-shipping fee.

I have never had a puppy returned due to genetic defects or health issues, but I have a comprehensive return and refund policy to ensure everyone feels secure. I have only had one puppy returned, when the owner had to move abroad for work and could not find a suitable caretaker.
